  • The customer’s device is delivered to the shipping company to be technically inspected by the mobile repair workshop
  • In the event that it is proven that the device is still in the warranty period, the customer will bear the shipping cost only
  • If the device is outside the warranty period or in case of misuse, the cost of maintaining the device and shipping cost will be calculated
  • Expressing a technical opinion is only available after the shipping company delivers the device to the maintenance center
